Gonna try for the first time

I'm gonna finally try shrooms, which I have wanted to try for atleast a year. I'm pretty experienced with marijuana. I'm planning to split an eighth with my friend. I'm 6'2 240 lbs, and my friend is bigger than that. I'm purposely only going for a level 2 at most trip, just cause its my first time, and you gotta learn to crawl before you walk. I'm just wondering if a half eighth will be enough for me for atleast a lvl 2 trip. I havent found out if they're dry or fresh, but I will know soon.

my first trip was off of 1-1.5g dry cubensis shroomies... it defintely reached level 2, possibly level 3 status (although i don't like rating my trips, since the process is extremely arbitrary/subjective).

i've found (i am 6'2" 165 lbs) that 1.75g+ (a half eigth+) will give me a full fledged trip.  so i'm thinking that with your weight - unless you are unusually unsensitive to chemicals - that a half eigth will do you very nicely for a first trip.  if they are fresh shrooms, you'll want to account for the fact that mushrooms are approximately 90% water.  so 1.75g would be equivalent to 17.5g wet weight.  i'm thinkin' that with your weight, you'll definitely reach a level 2 with this doseage, perhaps a level 3 if you can embrace the experience.  btw ~ i'm gonna throw this in the General Questions pile, since it's not exactly a trip tip :cool:

ok, cool, I was hoping that a half eigth would be good for a first time. My friend wanted to go ahead and eat the whole eighth for his first time, but I finally convinced him that it might be too much for him to handle.

Anyway, I'm probably going to do it at one of those ponds with the water shooting up, so I'm hoping for one cool mystical trip.

An 1/8 th is strong for a first trip. I did that and it knocked me on my ass
