Just get edible mushrooms from the grocery store, prepare ahead of time.
Otherwise I believe you might be out of luck. I think it's a huge mistake to even attempt to feed your parents cubensis.

No way to do that as far as I know.
Are you living in your own house, or did they catch you growing them in their house.
If it is your house just tell them the truth.

steep them for a while like you were going to make tea, but change out the water a couple times and steep them for longer. then maybe bake them with something
while i've never tried this, the biggest portion of the actives should have gone into the water that you would be throwing out, and i'd assume that the heat being 350+* would kill off whatever was left
oh, and your mom sounds like a real bitch. i'd just go ahead and dose them, and take away their cell phones so they couldn't call 911 freaking out about needing medical attention

yeah I think theres too much risk in giving them shrooms, even if they are allegedly inactive. just do a bait and switch. You dont even have to show them at first, just have readied meal and say "remember those medicinal mushrooms? well I used them in this meal."
I have this belief that after a certain age of not doing psychedelics, its better not to trip because its just too alien and mind-blowing. Sort of like morpheus letting only younger people out of the matrix.. lol

Haha man that must suck ass.. you live at your own place and you're parents have busted you for growing drugs.
Luckily when I used to live at home and grow, my mother was cool with it.. I mean whilst I was at school she used to fan & mist my casings for me  .
