umm...I guess you could try.
Why? What gave you the water/honey idea and that particular ratio?
I assume you want some innoculant, which is cool...but I've never heard of such a thing.

Your way too heavy on the honey airdog. 200ml water and 1/2 tsp. honey does nicely. 250ml water would not need more honey than 200ml. I prefer 200 for convenience. Just use hot water and allow the honey to melt off your spoon, sterilize, cool and add spores. Shake 2 times daily. After 7-10 days store in frig. Will keep for months till needed.
