Naw, brf wins over everything, nutrient wise. Even poop. It's just not practical for large yields in a short period of time.
Poop isn't exactly a good example... theres a reason why people don't typically fill jars up with poop, other than it being messy.
That's like saying Wheat Bran is more nutrious than Wheat, or Ron Jeremy's dangling member has more girth than the average man's dangling member.
As for grains I think it's been established Rye berries are the most nutrious grain. Rice could just be disregarded in that aspect because it's very starchy and they would tend to stick together if you used Brown Rice as spawn and they suck balls to work with.
Oh yeah *sneeeze*

TO THE OP ON ENDOSPORES:
Whether there are no endospores, or the ones that are present are simply easier to kill than grain endospores, remains to be discovered. Rice grows under completely different conditions than rye or wheat, so it's likely the endospores formed on grain crops in a hot, dry climate are better able to survive than endospores formed on a crop grown in wetter conditions, such as rice. RR
This could actually be the reason I have used Rye flour without pressure cooking with great success.
I live in a cold climate country, and the Organic Rye Flour I use is domestic. Hence, Rye grown in a cold climate.

Flavoraid,... no, ...just no... stop talking plz. stop misinforming people of this community
If this is how you want to grow shrooms, keep it to your self. Don't tell others how to, when your opinions aren't correct.

Terence McKenna Said:
"We have to create culture, don't watch TV, don't read magazines, don't even listen to NPR. Create your own roadshow. The nexus of space and time where you are now is the most immediate sector of your universe, and if you're worrying about Michael Jackson or Bill Clinton or somebody else, then you are disempowered, you're giving it all away to icons, icons which are maintained by an electronic media so that you want to dress like X or have lips like Y. This is shit-brained, this kind of thinking. That is all cultural diversion, and what is real is you and your friends and your associations, your highs, your orgasms, your hopes, your plans, your fears. And we are told 'no', we're unimportant, we're peripheral. 'Get a degree, get a job, get a this, get a that.' And then you're a player, you don't want to even play in that game. You want to reclaim your mind and get it out of the hands of the cultural engineers who want to turn you into a half-baked moron consuming all this trash that's being manufactured out of the bones of a dying world."
