I've used this method! It works great. I broke up the mycelium chunk with some shards of broken glass (sterilized with the water in the jar) by vigorous shaking and used it to inoculate 4 large jars of sterile birdseed. Worked awesome!

I bet 1ml per jar would work well if the mycelium is really pulverized. I also added a 1:20 dilution of 3% hydrogen peroxide to the mycelium water prior to drawing it into the syringe.

da honey water tek is better its like 1 teaspoon per halfpint at the most try and get liek natural honey and stuff then just pc it fer 15 mins at 15 PSI shake twoce a day fer 7-10 days then put in fridge and blah well u get the idea :biggrin:
