Cakes too wet?

well i figure this is a newbie type question so i'll post it here.

say someone is doing cakes in a rubbermaid terrarium how would they know thing were to wet. i've never heard those symtoms described here so i thought id ask for them. if any of the older members know of a good pic or thread id like to look at it.

I'm not sure what exactly you're talking about here, but if the cakes are on moist perlite, make sure they're on an impermeable layer so they don't absorb too much water. Also, make sure you're not spraying your cakes with water.

If you're concerned about humidity, make sure there is no water condensing on the mycellium itself.
