its all clumpy and won't shake, but it doesn't look to wet to me... used birdseed and anno's instructions on his site.

It won't shake because it's too full. Also, try beating it against your hand to break it up. This is best done as soon as you take it out of the PC. Next time, remove as much of the colored food pellet as possible. It will turn to mush and thwart your shaking attempts.

just leave it alone and let the mycellum reproduce. if it wont shake o well itll take twice as long

Sometimes, if you slam the jars hard enough against your hand, you can break up birdseed in jars that are too full and shake them around a bit. If it's mushy in the jars (almost like dough), I would start over.
