Need a favor from someone ....
    #9101497 - 10/19/08 07:44 PM (16 years, 3 months ago)

So I just started using large_dose's coir substrate tek method (only I added worm castings and gypsum) and it turned out GREAT!

Problem is .... I used my last brick of coir, the only thing I have left is a "bail" of coir. Its about 2' long by 12" wide.

Now I dont know how much to use other then just eyeballing it, which I will do if need be. If anyone has a spare brick of coir lying around and could weigh it for me, and let me know how much it weighs that would be just kick ass .... lol. Just any full coir brick, bed a beast, whatever .. brand doesnt matter. I just need to know how many grams each brick weighs so I know how much coir to add to my bucket when I do future batches.

Im getting ready to do another batch as soon as I figure this out .. lol.

Ill hook someone up with a nice dark Quezon or TX print for their efforts once the monotubs produce.

Thanks to anyone in advance, and no biggie if not I can just wait till tomorrow and go buy a single brick..

I know ... lol ... I tried but I didnt get shit. Hey you never know one of you might be taking bong rips sitting on the couch with a scale and a brick of coir laying around somewhere and might want a quezon or tx print.

Its not terribly out of line, lazy ... yes .... but not out of line

EDIT: Got it guys, thanks for the PM

I weighed a brick of coir at 480 grams.

edit: I weighed again and it showed 510 grams. This just goes to show my scale is a piece of crap...
