That pic didn't show up, but pins are pretty obvious - mini mini mushrooms. You'll know for sure later today or tomorrow.

Right now they are sitting at 75 F. Im unsure if these are pins or just mycelium growth. My understanding is that the temperature needs to be raised to 80 - 85 F once pins form. Is the casing ready for the temperature change or should the developing caps be more visible before the move?
YAY
Your doing everything perfect right now.... dont change anything! temps need to stay down at 75, if you raise the temp when pins form they will SUFFER. What is your setup?

It sounds like you've been reading some very bad advice.
Don't heat your terrarium. You want to keep it at normal room temperature for best results and provide lots of fresh air and near 100% humidity. Get rid of the 3,000K fluorescent and replace it with a 'natural daylight' fluorescent which will be labeled 6,500K to 7,000K.
Read the text and watch the videos on the BRF Tek Page and the Terrarium Tek Page on my site for more information. Good luck to you and welcome to the board. RR

I haven't been able to find those "cool white" cfl:s anywhere.. everywhere I go they're all 2700K warm whites..
So what I have in my setup is a growlight cfl that is supposed to give both red and blue light.. so at least half of the light it gives is useful, right?
Or should I just keep looking...

This is from the package of my cfl.. it represents the spectrum of light it gives..

just keep doing what your doing. you are looking for hyphal knots to form on that mycelium thats poking threw the top. it will look like those myc lumps get tiny white mycelium warts or bumps on them. this will be how the pins start. you and i are at about the same point in the timeline. i just got knots about 2 days ago. mist fan ect keep your rh up and you will be fine.

Yes give it more time.
your temp is good.
your humidity level is good.
and your lighting is good.
Don't forget to give it FAE (fresh air exchanges). You didn't mention FAE...btw
