So I just PC'ed quite a few jars, I wanted to knock them up sooner rather then later.

A couple weeks back I made a few LC's with what few spores I had left, they weren't doing too hot until I realized I wasn't shaking them(thanks Search!). So they're a little immature. I'd say the furthest along is maybe 40%(hard to tell). I don't think I have enough to knock up all the Jars.

I also Have some that were sitting in the fridge for quite a few months, When I took them out they no longer *Grow* together. That is even after 2 weeks or so sitting on a shelf out of the fridge; it seems I no longer need to shake vigorously to get the myc into small enough pieces for the syringe. I didn't know if this is normal, I don't trust their viability, but i'm no expert mycologist.

So do I wait a couple weeks weeks and re PC the jars, or should I just do a couple of them with the old LC.

Whatta Y'all think?

Since you've already cooked up a few jars, inoculate a few of them with a few cc's of your old stuff.  Then, place some of your old stuff into a new batch of liquid culture.  Place a drop or two on a couple agar plates and watch all of the samples you've created.  If it is still viable, you'll see growth in at least some of the jars/LC/plates you inoculated.  If you find a good one, propagate it.
