MgSO4-7H2O = Magnesium Sulfate Heptahydrate.
Ca(NO3)2-4H2O = Calcium Nitrate Tetrahydrate.
K2HPO4 = Dibasic Potassium Phosphate.

Calcium Nitrate - not really any other names.

Dipotassium Phosphate - no real common names, but usually called Phosphoric acid.

Check out www.chemfinder.com if you need any more info, i.e. melting points, etc.
