So I feel like noc'ing up a few jars earlier. I set up, bleach my surfaces, turn up the AC, oust-bomb. I set up and get everything ready..
I got an ecuador syringe, 10cc. One jar done, 6cc left (i noc 1cc at each of four holes). Second jar, plunger gets stuck on second hole. I figure its just a small clog, give it a small brace and pushed it harder than I thought..and emptied all but 1cc!

Just dilute the last 1cc of spore solution with sterile water. You may get a bit slower colonization, but after all you only need 2 spores for inoculation...

blah... I say follow this http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/2321056/an/0/page/0
and have enough for 12 more jars... that worked out fine for me.. I had 2cc left and followed that tek... Then bout 8 days later I knocked up 15 jars... And the 15 jars have caught up to my other 3 jars that I been waiting on.

lol...well good luck... the nice thing about the LC is that you dont have to be greedy with how much you give to each jar... I doused the shit outta them when I knocked them up... I still got 2 1/2 pint jars of the LC waiting to be used.

If... those 2 spores 1 germinate and 2 contain matching genetic material to allow for "mating"

I assume because if he turned it down it would turn the AC on! Turning it up, ie. 75.76.78.80.90, etc. turns the AC off. You don't want the AC blowing while your inoculating.

Actually lets run just 1 small insight on the AC here.
Coolant, usually R-134 or Ammonia, is compressed to a high pressure , which thus creates heat, the heates compressed liquid passes thru whats called the condensor and thru what is called the orifice tube, which then allows for the expansion of the high pressure liquid to a low pressure gas, whic freezes almost instantly due to the loss of pressure, this gas then passes thre an evaporator, where it boils off into the receiver/dryer and starts all over again as a liquid.
the evaporator housing contains a fan to allow for the cool of the evaporator to be passed off to the ambient air of the room/car/whatever. This Evaporator serves 3 purposes really. 1. allows a place for the cool temp of the now expanded coolant to pass off its quality to the ambient air on the out side of it. 2. Dry the air, because after all it is frozen and pulls the water from the air, (ever notice how defrost kicks on the ac clutch in the car?) 3. Purify and Sanitize the air, because its frozen and pulling water fromn the air, the spores and pollen would stick and freeze to the evaporator housing ( ever notice the moldy smell from the AC after all winter of not using it?... or so you thought...)
It is in no way a Laminar Flowhood with a 99.9% efficency tho either. just wanted to throw that out there and say that I think you may be slightly better off with the AC on than blowing at 70 or 80 degrees, but best bet still would be to turn it off.

i figured he meant turning the ac fan up, ac would suck spores and possible contams from outside, make sure air in room is setteled before doin any sterile procedures.

LOL! Ok, I normally have my fan set to "auto" When I turn the setting up, the AC turns off on it's own.
