I'm definitely watching.  This will be the second time I've voted for Nader.

Nader seems to have about as much credibility as to his stated positions as you can get.  I don't like his socialist views, but I'd vote for him over both frontrunners (though not if I thought he'd win).

Nader's ability to piss off everyone when he runs is pretty nifty.  I liked how when the domcrats were giving him shit for running he pretty much said "piss off" and talked about how it was his right to run and if they really gave a shit about stopping "spoilers" they'd change our retarded duopoly-empowering system to an instant runoff system.

His support for instant runoff alone is enough for me to vote for him, though, alas, I'll vote with no-show Barr.

EDIT:

Can anyone tell me what exactly the constitution party or especially baldwin thinks about religion in public life or, if he distinguishes such, what he would peronsally advocate for if president?

People seem to have terrible irrational hatred for christians, which is silly.  I just don't like folks who want to push their shit on me.  Is baldwin just running in christ's name or does he advocate something more?  His website is conspicuosly absent of any mention of such on the issues page, except for abortion really.

I can understand and support a candidate that agrees with me on many things but opposes all abortion, like ron paul.

While the issue of whether you have a duty to harbor life in your body to the inconvieniance or risk to yourself is a trickier moral issue, if moral life does begin at conception it is certainly wrong to terminate such.

Myself, I think this is impossible, but I also think that once totipotency ceases it is kind of up in the air as to whether their is a moral being present.  In the past I've considered the onset of higher brain activity similar to our own as the probable beginings of moral life, but I think this is a weak argument.

Maybe a moral being is present at 1 month, 5 montsh, or 20 months after conception- who knows.

With the exception of the convieniance and risk argument, though, I can certainly understand and appreciate the view that we should not kill what may be a moral being, and that if their is a chance that their is a moral being that the government can prevent such.

I also think Roe was wrongly decided, even though I'd like to believe in the general right to privacy.  I just don't think that this, even if presumed arguendo, supported their ad-hoc decision with definite timetables utterly devoid of constitutional relevance.
