Questions on growing Hawaiian strain with grow bags

So this is my first time posting here and ive been looking at other posts and you all seem to know what your talking about so i figured this would be the easiest way to get the answers that i was looking for.
I ordered rye wheat grow bags and injected the strain Hawaiian into them and so far so good. Colonization began in like 10 days and it looks as if colonization is going to be done soon.
So my question is what should i do when colonization is done? Should i let it grow in the bag or should i take it out and let it fruit in a container and if i do that can i put the rye wheat back in the bag so it will flush again?
Also how long does it take until i can crop the shrooms after colonization?
any info helps. Thanks People

I would crumble and case the rye. Rye doesn't fruit well by itself. Check out the main site to read up on how to case grains.

I knew you would ask, which is why I said:

The type of grain doesn't matter. A casing layer is a casing layer regardless of what you put it on.

Check this out: 50/50+ Casing Tek
This is what most recommend for a casing layer. Also at the main page or top of the forums there is a Mushroom Info link there is ton of information to get you started there. Use this Grow Mushrooms section. It will show you a ton to get you started. After you have read how to grow mushrooms, IE read about growing grains, start searching. A lot of questions will be answered here but simple search questions will be overlooked because they have been answered time and time again.
