aquarium heater

yo i am just getting strated with the mushroom growing, been enjoying the actual mushrooms for a while now, but i am making a Tub in Tub incubator and my heater is meant to go on the side of an aquarium. can i submerge it on the bottom of of my first tub? or is there another type that is meant to be submerged? cuz i cant find  one that says it does

You need a fully submersible one for a TiT.

If it's not fully submersible, it should have a line somewhere near the top that says max fill or something like that. If it has a temp control nob on the end it's probably not submersible.
