Can you use Sodium Chloride Injection Solution 0.9% when making a spore syringe from a print?

your asking if someone could use salt water? Why would you?

I see, it's pretty diluted, so I'd guess no. But it is simply a guess.

if the print is dirty bu the water is sterile, your going to end up with a dirty contaminated syringe for sure anyway.

if your looking for a solution to contaminations from syrings you have been making. its not your water and using that solution isnt going to cure it.
a dirty print will result in a dirty syringe. grow your spores out on agar. or make new prints being as clean as you can and dont use too muuch spores when making syringes.
a glovebox is a must have item when working with prints. infact i consider it a must have for any procedures that cannot have contaminations land on. this incudes inoculations

A print from a vendor (usually pretty sterile) syringe made from Sodium Chloride Injection Solution, would the Injection Solution effect the germination process at all? could the Injection Solution retard mycelium growth in any way?
