I smoked salvia for the first time with a girl the other day. We had an awesome experience, just connected on a whole other level. We spend literally 4 in a half hours in a bathroom talking about everything. It was a really cool emotional connection, and by the end of the night I felt like she'd become like my best friend. Tripping with women is totally different then trippin with dudes.

Noteworthy, I would like to say you make some very good points. 

Even thought you choose to denounce the X chromosome as uniquely female, there is, however, a form of DNA which is truly unique of female origin:  mitochondrial DNA.  In humans, it is only inherited through the mother, and the only known case of male inheritance in humans resulted in infertility.

me and my girlfriend have taken lsd over 150 times with eachother. so there are a few girls out there that enjoy psychedelics. as far as cultivation goes, it seems my girlfriend could care less except the actual "fruits" of labor. chicks don't dig science as much as guys it seems.

I've been cultivating all kinds of things for a couple years now and I'm very interested in the sciences. I grow more mushrooms than I consume, mainly because I like doing it. I have never met another lady who does it, there are a few on this forum, but not many. I'm not sure why this is, you'd think that with a nurturing nature women would want to take care of things, maybe that nature doesn't extend to fungi and plants.

ah yes, the mitochondirial DNA. Women get to pass theirs on. But it is still the same information for men and women. Men simply have no .. biological 'possession' of theirs, for they cannot send it to their children.



This holiday, if I manage to earn enough money, I will spend recruiting female psychonauts!

I think it is a good cause, because most of the girls that I know who trip, have been takin drugs for years.

I know a lot of girls who have started wanting more from life,,, they must tripP i say!

I dont really know what is entertaining about it, it just seems quite queer that someone would assert that females have unique dna and then say that I agree with them in saying that females dont have unique dna.. and then try to shuffle the topic along

What is female DNA?


You can distinguish whether a particular sample of DNA was obtained from a male or from a female, thus their DNA is unique and identifiable.  If we did not have DNA which informed our body to be either male or female, we would be sexless.

You can determine this because of the reasons I stated earlier - the male 'dna' by which we mean 'chromasomes' include a 'y' chromasome and an X chromasome. They are different because they contain different functional information. females have two X chromasomes, which just means that they have more copies of the same functional 'parts'. they dont add anything extra. they just give greater genetic diversity for the same alleles.. but men have less 'extra copies'

its like a man has one part 'woman' and one part 'man' and women have two parts 'woman'

If you damage the male dna very early, the animal will turn into a female be default. But you can never 'damage' a female into a male

An X chromosome is not "female," and a Y chromosome is not "male."  Female DNA includes TWO chromosomes, an X and an X.  Male DNA includes TWO chromosomes, an X and a Y.  It is incorrect to say that there is no such thing as male/female DNA.

a Y chromosome is definitely male. Only males have it. It contains genetic information for things such as the testes.

The X chromosome is not female (because men have it) but we can call it female because the females only have it.. but if you want, you can just say it is human dna (since both men and women have it) and in the end you will find that women have human dna and men have human dna plus uniquely male dna,


It doesnt really prove that men and women fundamentally think different though.. thats something that could be reasonable refuted..

but as for the DNA.. there is human DNA and there is Male DNA
the sperm really is a virus

Female tripper/cultivator here. I've eaten mushrooms at the very least a dozen times. My last few trips were 5+ grams. I've never had a bad trip.

I miss tripping with my ex-roommate. She was a lot of fun to trip with. Of all the times we tripped together, she only had one bad time. She just told me "I'm having a bad trip" and I was able to quickly convince her that she wasn't, and then all was fine. We did all kinds of crazy and stupid things while tripping, but nothing ever got out of hand.

I've tripped with a few guys as well, and they just weren't able to handle it as well as my ex-roommate and I. The guys always wanted to trip and were excited to, but once they started tripping, they would be obviously not enjoying themselves. They would get very upset and paranoid, and just bring down the whole mood of the trip.

I find myself annoyed when tripping with men. I want to relax, have fun and enjoy the experience, not spend the whole time convincing the guy that the cops aren't on their way to bust us for tripping, and that it's ok to take a walk outside, and you won't hurt the cat if you pet it.

As for cultivating, despite the seemingly male majority on The Shroomery, I would think that women would be more interested in it than men. My roommate and I used to grow. Our guy friends knew about it and seemed jealous, but they never made the effort themselves to grow - but then again, we were two of the only people in our social group to not be living with mom and dad. Now I'm growing again, and the maternal instinct has definitely kicked in. I tend to behave like an overprotective mother when it comes to my mushies, and treat them with great care.
