Hmm... well unfortunately I didn't take any pics of the complete fairy ring. But I can definitely take pics of the dried mushrooms and even the spore prints. In fact, if I remember right, I did 2 or 3 spore prints from different mushrooms within the picture above (all white by the way) so I can show you those too.

I'll focus stack the pictures so you can get a good idea what they look like.

Any particular parts of the mushrooms that you want me to post close up pics of (this goes for dried and fresh mushroom pics)?

I'm agreeing that it's Laccaria laccata. 99.99% certainty. I verified in some of my field guides. Prints and all.

The ones you found definitely look dried, wilted, dying, withered. Whatever you call it.

Good Luck!

Hmm.

Still working on the photos, but isn't the genus Laccaria distinctive in having a milky substance ooze from cuts or wounds?

I'm not certain.

The tops of some of them look like spider webs, or perhaps that dried milk you type of.

Hey, I just wanted to thank everyone for their help. I read up quite a bit on Laccaria laccata and it seems like they match the mushrooms I found. One site said they have quite variable color/features so this explains some of my confusion.

Thanks!
