Rogue Mushrooms

I started growing some Panaeolus cyanescens a few weeks ago and had some issues with my casing layer and my mushrooms turning dark and dying. A few days ago I noticed what appeared to be a mold that started to grow along with a different type of mushroom completely. Here are some pictures.

Does anyone know what these are and how they could have gotten into my growing chamber?

Looks like cubies of some sort but nothing in there looks like cyanescens. The 2 big guys in pic 3 look like PE. Did you start from a wild spore print? possibly spores got onto the cap which was printed and there you go. cross contamination of other genus' Interested to see what the GURUS think, im just a noob.

Cubensis contamination. A very common occurance with Panaeolus grows in locations that previously were used to grow Psilocybe cubensis. Your grow area must have a significant amount of ambient cubensis spores.
Seach forums for Cubensis, Contamination, Panaeolus.
