I have some of this. I am convinced something is wrong with me more than what the doctors are seeing, but the tests say different.
The doctors have misdiagnosed me more than 2-3 times, and now I just don't trust them. So, now I feel like it's up to me to find out what is causing all of this. I think about it multiple times a day. It can be really paralyzing. I suggest meditating, or something like that...If not you could end up with some back OCD, and end up on some pills.

That sounds like severe anxiety/panic episodes.
That will do it to you. It makes it think that its the end of the world, or think that you are dying. I don't know much about herbal remedies, but I do know that a doctor can get it under control, a psychiatrist that is.
