Gravity man. Its just like the auto dog-waterers, where you screw the two liter bottle into the bowl, and when the water gets low, it refills. Im stoned by the way, sorry if my explanation sucks.

the same way if u fill up a cup of water underwater, then u can lift the cup upside-down still filled with water above the surface of water this is due to surface tension

I disagree with it being the coolest fish tank ever. It's creative but god damn their fish selection is awful.
My idea of coolest tank evar would be something like this:

I have a friend that works there and I regular there somewhat. It's not a big al's but it's modeled the same exact way to the framing around the aquarium

I want to try keeping the black rhombeus, but a huge one, like 8+ inches. I also think an elongatus would be bad ass.
