EQ dosing question

Alright i am growing some EQ's out of a myco bag and i was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of about how many WET grams of EQ's i would need for about a level 3 trip, i have tried mushrooms once before.

about 30g

i would never eat more than 30 g wet EQs, if uve never done them i would start with 20g and see how that does you, you can always eat some more but once uve eat too much u kinda just gota ride it out
