Okay I have read a post about this awhile back, but It involved birdseed. Anyway, Make your Honey (or karo or whatever) /water jar and also fill a sterile syringe with sterile H2O. Squirt the sterile water from the syringe into a jar with a small part of colonized cake (or birdseed) and shake that shit up good to get the myc free. Then suck the water back up into a Sterile syringe and THEN squirt that into the honey H2O and wait. But Thats just what I got from the old post.
