is it possible for sativas to make me more lethargic than indicas?
    #9039045 - 10/06/08 08:16 PM (15 years, 4 months ago)

I am wondering if it is possible for sativa dominant strains of cannabis to make me feel more tired/lethargic like after an hour than indica dominants. My logic in this is, what goes UP, must come down. Stimulants in general tend to make me feel lethargic after like just...an hour, even long lasting amphetamines.

I am wondering this, because when I smoke weed that makes me feel tired and lethargic, I am also really paranoid, and I do not have that strong of a body high. I thought sativas were suppose to make people paranoid and not have as strong of a body high, but at the same time I thought they were not suppose to make me feel tired.

Now...when I smoke weed that I get a strong body high from, I do not feel tired and lethargic, and I do not feel paranoid, I can follow movies and stuff better.

I am pretty much trying to figure out what strain is for me...but I am kind of thinking that sativas make me feel more tired after like 30 minutes.

Its pretty true, if you smoke too much sativa, the come down usually has to do with a full stomach and a cat nap.

I think all types of pot make you tired once it wears off. Sativa is still pot afterall.

Hey, all I know is I grew up smoking mexican brick (as did a lot of people) and its widely known that that stuff is basically pure sativa.  I'd get high after school at my buddies house, and by the time 6 pm rolled around, I would be wiped out.
