Hey what do you guys think about adding layers of casing not all at one time. As the casing becomes colonized, you would add more casing until you have built it up to the proper level. Any thoughts???------------------ He who controls the spice, controls the universe....

Add layers to what? The actual case? the bottom layers couldn't fruit because they'd be buried.

Anyone think just using lawn clippings would work? Seems I never see mold on my clippings..
