figured it out.. i brought up the odd looking syringe to one of my associates at work during a conversation, indeed it was an eyedropped with a needle on the end, appearently from what he told me back then the heroin was so much more pure than it is today so you barely needed 30 units (0.3 ML to give you an idea). and that these 'eyedropper syringes' are made for travel kits. oh, and he did it by feel, i just find that so hard to believe because man, your veins would receed after constant injections.

Heroin was notoriously impure back then. Average street level of something like 3-4%.

Today you're more likely to find shit over 90% pure than something that impure.
