Hard to tell in those photos, does your camera have macro mode or a setting that compensates for camera shake?

Was that taking with the flash. Dont use the flash, flash always makes things to bright.

That was taken with macro mode, I'm going to ghetto rig a little tripod, and retake the photos. I'll post again with better pictures...

Takes a bit of practice to get good closeup pictures. Still trying to get it right myself. Flash seems to cause most of the problems

Much better pictures, i think that maybe cobweb but dont take my word for it. I have never ever personaly seen cobweb on a substrate.

Someone will chime in soon with opinions.

If it is, its not lost, cobweb can be treated with h202.

We usually a plastic pint glass that is full of cobweb, i may take a picture to help people identify it.

mold for sure, but cobweb and airy white stuff like that can easily be burned with a torch so you don't lose your project...even works with trich if you get it early enough, once it is rooted deep you may be able to hold it off til fruiting is done but cone dunk time I put em outside cuz flush 2 will usually get ugly....

If its trich you have to catch it at the first sign of colour. dont cut it out, spread salt paste on it and extend a few inches past the area. This will usually give you enough time to get through the first flush.

Salt will kill both mould mycelium and mushroom mycelium.

Never heard of burning it.

Anyone else? I still think cobweb, but i could be wrong.

Is that a monotub?

I do believe that US standard hydrogen peroxide (brown bottle) is already diluted to 3% and can be used directly without diluting any further.

Correct.  Soak it with peroxide right from the brown bottle(if you're in the US) and the cobweb will melt on contact.  Repeat twice at 12 hour intervals.

I'll move this to the appropriate forum.
