Good recipe website with picture?

Hi, I'm not any close to good at cooking, but with step by step instruction I'm sure I can cook anything, I would like a site with recipe but I need picture else I'm very unmotivated about cooking myself some great food.

foodgawker.com is pretty good.
I always go there when I'm hungry, it's my way of torturing myself I guess.
also, videojug is the bomb, they have full video tutorials outling all the ingredients, techniques, and steps in a logic fashion. They make it really simple so anybody can do it.
