hey. may be some 1 can help me with this.! I want to start growing but i am not sure whats better. Which of these straines will grow better in brow rice flour?:
B+ Strain, Ecuador, Golden Teacher, Huautla, Malabar, Mazatapec, Mexican #3, Penis Envy, PES Amazonian, PES Hawaiian, Puerto Rican, Tasmanian, Treasure Coast???????????????????????????????????????????????

Use any whole grain flour if you can't find BRF. Try and find BRF, though. It's superior to the other grain flours from a nutritional standpoint. If necessary, you could always buy whole brown rice and grind it into flour in a coffee grinder. The coffee grinder could also come in handy down the road if you ever want to put dry mushrooms into gelcaps or make your own teabags.

check at your local health food stores.....organic is best.....i heard you can make your own, by putting whole brown rice in a coffee grinder
