i need to know what to tell my psychiatrist or psychologist so i can get some xanax, all im getting is lame anti depressants and they say i have panic attacks

DO NOT tell her you want xanax...
tell her SSRIs make you feel lifeless and zombie like, and you can't stand the sexual side effects. she may prescribe you other types... but keep coming back saying you hate the side effects. eventually she may prescribe you some benzos.

That is what my shrink said. Due to the longer half-life of klonapin he feels it is less addictive. I don't know who shares that opinion.

i'm on anti depressants(wellbutrin, love it) and wanted some xanax. i called my family doctor and told him i love the wellbutrin and get great benefit from it and am no longer depressed but still sometimes have problems with my thoughts racing and my anti depressants don't help. i need something to chill me out on occasion. his nurse calls me the next day saying she's calling in my script. i only get a little( 20 .5s every 2 months give or take) but it is plenty and i really wouldn't want more.
if you're on anti depressants and get some xanax be very careful if you drink. i learned that the hard way a week ago and fucked up. went on a first date and got shit faced off a couple of drinks and don't remember much from that night but i'm very embarrassed.
any way, try you family doctor.

but i do get chest pains and sweatyness and stuff and xanax makes feel better and F's me up, whichever need or want i gotta have so like help a brother out

You can't mention Xanax outright - that looks suspicious. Instead hint that the anti-depressants don't relieve your anxiety.

You sound like a fucking fiend to me. Maybe you have panic attacks because you chase the next fix all the time and don't actually deal with your problems.
Take advantage of your psychiatrist and actually fix/recognize whatever the fuck is making you freak. Pills are bullshit. It's all in your head.
Don't turn yourself into more of an addict.
