One Pooh bah, and a couple of dead heads

Alirght, so my buddy has this cake, cambodian strain, that has flushed 2 1/2 times (i'll explain). After the jar was colonized, he dunked for 24 hours. First flush started with a pretty good pinset, but one pin grew like REAL quick. All the other pins grew a little bigger and then just stalled. So he picked all the aborts then dunked again for 12 hrs. Second flush started out the same, and the same thing happened, One big one and a bunch of aborts. No dunk after second flush. Third flush started and the same thing started happening. But on this flush, all the pins stalled, even the big one. The cakes are on perlite, the terrarium is fanned at least twice a day, and the sides of the terrarium are misted once a day or every other day. Temp is 75-78. (Can't get it lower, at least with the A/C anyways.) Anyone know whats going on?

Heya. I'm not an expert but from what I have read it isnt suggested to keep the cakes directly on the perlite. A few of my friends have done that and it actually over-saturtates the cakes causing a vey similar situation. Also, if the pearlite is done properly, i am not sure you need to mist the sides, at least that often. Again, I am not a pro at this stuff but maybe it will help. Good luck!

Good call, but wrong answer, but not your fault, mine, I forgot to mention the cakes are on lids with the metal side down. Thanks for the response though.
