would this be an ok thing to do? ive got some good bud and was going to use ritz crackers, peanut butter and that chocolate nutella stuff to make a few fire crackers. i dont have any aluminum foil though and was wondering if wax paper would work...any input is welcome.

I have never really used wax paper for anything but if it dosent melt than it should be fine
BTW, you can just put it on a tray or something with nothing wrapped around and it will work just as well. the foil is because the PB gets a little runny but if it melts a little just eat it off the tray

i kinda thought the aluminum foil was also to aid in proper heat distribution as well....but thats one thing im worried about is the wax paper melting wasting my product...

nah the aluminum dosent make much of a difference in the heat distribution, I mean im sure it would help if you were only cooking for a few seconds but you are cooking for longer and the heat will get to the center no matter what
