ok well about the C&C.
if Obama is elected he would bring the troops back which i think is a very good choice beacuse there 10 billion$ going to that pointless war ever month.

and i don't see how Biden would be deemed unqualified?
he has been in the US senate for 35 years. writen many bills and stood up for things that Obama is representing.

and about Palin she would NOT answer ?'s relating to Iraq and the "Maverick"
and the serge.
and i just feel she is not ready to be a heart beat awy because shes to caught up in her plans to run a "big state" such as alaska.
insted of running a country full of people that need help

IMO Biden was the clear winner of that debate. He was very level-headed, gave honest and direct answers.

Palin danced around the issues regularly and made painful, misplaced attempts at humor. I personally did not know there was such a thing as a "hockey mom" until she was selected and I'm fucking sick of hearing about this nebulous, nonexistent demographic. She also misinterpreted several questions. Apparently she doesn't know what an "Achilles' heel" is. I was quite disappointed to see she continues the grand Republican tradition of mispronouncing "nuclear."

No, he won't.. he's already changing his verbage on that besides the war will be shifted to Afgan & Pakistan.

I don't think I said that Biden is unqualified (although I think he is) but that Biden deemed Obama unqualified in the Pres. primaries.

What are you quoting?  I don't recall.

If being a Senator qualifies someone for an executive position over someone comming from an executive position then please explain that to me.

I'm not trying to be a prick bro, but when people say things as fact and you call them on it line by line either they can articulate facts/reasons that dispute the rebuttals or not.  Feeling one way is completely diff from spewing skewed facts as gospel.  It's not about me being right but my search for the truth.  Debating and attacking ideas is not attacking the person themselves.  Please don't  confuse my intentions.  Personally I don't like either Obama or McCain but they are the two choices that we have and so I must make a decision based on the facts.

I still call Biden as the winner in that debate. He made a lot more sense to me. Palin regurgitated talking points and demonstrated a clear misunderstanding of many of the issues at hand. I will admit her earlier interviews, especially with Katie Couric, were a lot more embarrassing for her than this debate was, but that doesn't really speak for her at all, it just shows she avoided making as much of an idiot of herself as we already know she is capable of.

And that's exactly why you should never vote.  For fuck's sake he cowrote the RAVE Act, and when he couldn't get it passed on it's own he tagged it onto the Amber Bill to push it through.  It's now prosecutable to sell glowsticks at places where one can reasonably expect drug use to occur.

How the hell can a candykid like you support that asshat?

I've always liked Joe Biden ever since I started seriously following politics a few years ago. He, along with both Obama and McCain, was one of those people I always felt would make a good president. He has always had the balls to hold the feet of corrupt officials to the fire, and that's what we need more than ever right now.

Palin, on the other hand, came right out of left field. I'd never heard of her before SHE was nominated, and SHE is the one person of the four involved right now that I desperately want not to be president. Previously I was against McCain simply because I liked Obama better, but now I'm against McCain because his choice in VP shows a MASSIVE deficit in common sense. That, coupled with his age, makes the idea of him becoming prez very frightening to me.

I don't like that Biden is a proponent of the drug war, but AFAIK all candidates right now are anti-drug, and I'm just choosing my battles.

Wrong each party wants control but not the wrap that goes with it.
Power or the attainment of it is what fuels politics period.

I'm perfectly aware of what he has done for the drug war.

I just don't think that any of the present candidates will fight in favor of legalization for any drugs. Do you really think that, just because Biden co-authored the RAVE act, McCain would be a better president in terms of decriminalization?

In the mean time, I have worlds more faith in Obama-Biden to fight corruption (IMO a much bigger issue) than I do in McCain-Palin.

It's a shame that Paul couldn't get more traction.  I don't know if voting for Barr would encourage more libertarians to become more visible or not.  dunno......I don't like our choices.
