Does this look like a single sector?

this is my 3rd transfer from spores and im having some trouble trying to determine if there are sectors in this plate or not. ive got some other questionable ones also that ill post in a minute i just wanted to get this one up quick.

that pic isnt in great detail man. it looks good from what i can see.

i dont know how to take any better photos. i have the macro function on. here's a couple more that i think look good. what do you think?


then i have a few like this that have these rings around them. like a tree. is that sectoring? should i just toss these ones that look like this?

now i wish i knew what i was talking about because the pics are good enough for someone to tell you. i cant give you an answer but those are some great even transfers. i would use some of the rhizos at the edge of the plate on the second to last pic.

I cannot see enough detail as rod stated to give you a definitive answer, tho 3 transfers are usually not enough to get an isolate
Edit: on closer inspection, there are still quite a few sectors happening on that plate, lets see if i can point them out

Looks like monocultures to me.
There's a difference of opinion on the cause of the rings. Some feel it's strain related, I believe it has more to do with day and night time temperatures, even though some (sub)strains don't exhibit the trait. If you dated the plates, see if the number of rings corresponds to the number of days. RR

these are all of the same strain, cambodian. some of them have the rings and some of them dont. are the ones with the rings still monocultures? they seem more rizo than the other ones

then those are the ones you want to use. they display a common trait that you want to see i your isolates... now to see if the fruit
