My last question regarding syringe making!IPROMISE

Okay, it says on Psilocyber's Syringe Tek, v1.0 to let the syringe sit for atleast 12 hours to let it Hydrate. Is this completely necessary?

I was thinking of letting it sit for 8 hours in the fridge and then doing some jars, does this sound fine?

The Reason WHY it's in the tek is because it's been the best way ...
but seeing that spores really don't have a price on time just time ... give it a try ....

Okay, I knew that the reason it being in the tek was obviously because its the best way to go, but I wondered if there was truly a big difference between 4 hours. I'll go ahead and do it, and post my results if you want in this thread next week or something...

ANyone else have anything to add?

8 hours is enough to hydrate spores in water. Longer might be a little better. But, if they are viable in the first place? You should be OK. If it goes bad? PM me & I will send you a print or syringe - gratis. Because, I feel bad razzing you over your last Q.

Hi, I think it makes no matter, spores can be rehydratated(I hope I wrote it right) when they already are in the substrate, it only takes a bit longer to germinate, just shake them a lot before inoculation.
