But Palin is really, really stupid. And this is my new favorite video clip of the moment.

I watched that and had to research the word "fungible," because I thought she had resorted to just making shit up, only for me to find out it's a real word and that I actually learned something from Sara Palin
Either way, I've been waiting for the debates all week. I'm really hoping for a crash and burn, but I have a feeling she will maintain her shred of credibility and composure just by not drooling and bashing her skull into blunt objects trying to shake something loose.

That was a great image you portrayed.
I didn't know what fungible meant either, as a matter of fact.

If you have ever been to the middle of the bible belt in the midwest (which makes up a large majority of the republican voting block) Sarah Palin is an extremely good choice for them.
She's somewhat stupid, very "simple", can't speak well, and a hard core bible thumper. She is representative of a huge portion of the midwest.

The news said she has a 1 in 5 chance of becoming president just due to John McCain's health. That is terrifying. At least the prophecy is near completion, all she needs is the nuclear codes.

She has the same chance of becoming president in John McCain's first term as successfully flipping a coin heads up twice in a row.

This video doesn't really expose anything new either, but puts Palin's religious madness into perspective.
I couldn't get it to embed properly, so here is the link: http://newsproject.org/node/134

I assume you guys have seen
Journalism major (communications, that is), yet she cannot name a single periodical or other newssource when asked.
Also, I'm with Matt Damon on this one, someone REALLY needs to ask her if she believes man walked with the dinosaurs.

No one needs to ask her that. We already know the answer.

I really don't understand why she wouldn't just ramble off a list of publications like the WSJ instead of running around in circles. I wonder if she truly believes that evasive fleeing of a question by using bullshit as wings makes her come off as respectable.

What do you think would happen if she was like... "Ya know Charlie, I just don't know the answer to that darn tootin' question."
I felt like I was watching Charlie the Unicorn when she had that interview with him. We're going to candy mountain Chaaaarlie.

Another disastrous moment in the Couric interview, hitherto unaired but I think it will be tonight, featured Palin unable to name ONE major supreme court case other than roe v wade. Cue the fucking Are you Smarter than a Fifth Grader theme music.

I hope they're ready for a Palin presidency because no one will remember the names of the other 3 people on the dempublican ticket, they'll vote for the name they can remember, the one that's been in the media while those others have been long forgotten
