    #8998184 - 09/28/08 04:05 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

i didnt think it was necessary to post a full id request.
found: ten feet away from my liberty patch. pretty much same characteristics, but look slightly different. no noticable bruising, whereas my previous batch turned quite blue. new spore print in process.

Are the gills brown?

Edit: I don't think they are libs, by the way.

I don't think so either.  Maybe though, .2% chance.  The focus is good but the white balance is way off.

You can get a better picture by taking it outside in sunlight or setting the white balance on the camera to tungsten.

The only thing that is keeping me from saying absolutely not is the top one.  But I'll go ahead and say probably not.

Yea but the band around the margin of the top one is very un-lib like.  Makes me think it could be P. foenisecii.

Sounds more like a Conocybe.
