vague predictions are always accurate when you want them to be

and that's what his predictions are. vague.

i'm not that knowledgeble per se on his works but since his name is still hanging around, his predictions must of been at least partly accurate in the past. People also like to misinterpret his writings (on purpose) and then apply them to big world events such as the Sept 11 shinanigan. das all i know man ( . )( . )

also a lot of his prophecies were written in several languages.

For example:

In the year ein und driezig hundred the world will be nicht sehr gut von raising children in.

Ok, I just wiped that out of my ass using english and german, but mixing languages causes confuse and allows for a variety of meanings.

I think you should read the interpatations, what he dreamt about has cometo past, time and time again. the things he has described in his writtings, were done during a time when machines had yet to be invented. And from what I have learned I thought the keys to the writtings had been lost.. And some are looking for them even today..
I think from what I have learned, he was pretty accurate...

Why read the interpretations? Read the actual quatrains which are highly cryptic and say little. The interpretations are some author's meaning slapped on to Michael's words to SELL BOOKS.

Swami, do you think most intentions simply are based on the physiological needs of $$$ ?

That question is way too vague. How can I generalize about other's intentions.

My point being, that Nostradamus writings can be read pretty much in their original form (French) or a reasonable English translation, so why do we need someone to interpret them for us?

Similarly with the Bible. We tend to look towards "experts" to tell us what was said and what it meant. I can read it without that kind of "help".
