I would think random keystrokes would be about as popular as those names.

Those are most excellent and obviously underutilized.

Try having the same name as a president or celebrity too see how many people take you seriously when trying to make an important phone call and they ask your name. I remember on the news they were interviewing kids and they were saying people would hang up on them or they couldn't get restaurant reservations because no one would believe them.

I have quite an unusual first name (it's Scottish) and I got so sick of having to repeat my name and spell it out over the phone that I've taken to just making all restaurant reservations or takeaway orders under the name Alex. My girlfriend does the same because she also has an uncommon name, and Alex is gender-neutral. It's pretty much the ultimate generic easy-to-pronounce name.

If I ever have kids, I intend to name them Sodom and Gomorrah. If they're a boy and a girl, that is. I intended to name our cats that way, but my gf wouldn't allow it. I hope she's going to be easier on me when making up names for kids. I kinda like Sodom and Gomorrah. Oy Sodom, get yer filthy hands off-a ya sister right now!
