Organic Hummus and Manure

I have come EARTHgro that i bought from home depot. On the back it says not less than 10% manure and not more than 90% organic humus.
Can i spawn my rye grain into this? I still have to pastureize but i'm not sure if this is to much humus and not enough manure. I also have come calcuim carbonate. how much, if any, should i use for 80 lbs of this stuff?
it was only 2.50 so it's not a big deal if i cant use it at all.

I bet it has a pretty low dung ratio. Probably won't work too well. I would case the colonized rye before I tried to use that stuff as a bulk substrate.
