Habitat: Grassland, grazed by sheep, horses, coarse grass but short.
Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.

Gills:Not sure, if you mean to the stem then no, dont think so, see photos.
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Stem:5-10cm, 2-3mm diameter, fibrous, not sure if hollow.
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

Cap:Largest in photo, 30mm, others 10-15mm, convex
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.

Spore print color:Black
Very important!

Bruising:none, no bluing
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

Other information:smells like sweet mushrooms
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

Many thanks in advance

Looks like you have at least four species there.

The one on the left in the last pic is Stropharia semiglobata.

Most of them look like a good match for Panaeolus acuminatus.  They are non toxic and maybe weakly active but probably inactive.

The two small ones with lighter stems appear to be something else, not sure about those.

The one with the lighter stem above the 4 in the last pic is probably a Psathyrella.

I think you may be right. Especially the left one (in the last pic).
