when it comes to music, i have a huge range of appreciation. i recently watched the movie " the fall " and in the introduction it had this song in it and its beautiful and i was reminded of that. i was wondering if anyone out there is aware of this song in particular and is a fan of it if they know any other orchestral type music with a similar feel to it. maybe its that minor note element.. i dunno.. but with certain songs whether its in hard rock to very soft stuff ive always liked that. i really like that epic, dramatic feel.. with that sort of sad element... yeah so if anyone knows any other stuff that may be similar id be interested and appreciate it. just curious if anyone else likes it or knows of anything else with a similar sound that they could recommend. when it comes to other Beethoven stuff i actually dont like it too much. its just specific songs like that that I'm talking about in particular that catch my ear.

Fuck yes, that Allegretto is amazing. Mozart's Requiem is always good; Beethoven's 9th also captures that powerful, epic feeling. If you're in the mood for more ambient pieces then Chopin and Rachmaninoff are always good choices.
Have you heard Carl Orff's O Fortuna?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Moonlight Sonata in C sharp minor is by far one of the greatest pieces of music ever created. Turn off the lights at night and surround yourself in complete darkness and just let it flow over you. Beethoven is a master at capturing emotion.
