Old women are mean. Seriously. They're mean.
Every time I see an old lady she's mean to me. Even my own grandmother. I know my grandmother's mean because she's insane. I think the same might be true for other old women.

Most older folks I've come across are amazingly kind or just have a crabby attitude. I think it comes from desperately clinging to those days when they were still economically valuable and the world was geared towards their generation.
There are a few of them who recognize the potential our generation has, and those of them who think were all too wrapped up in gadgets and money. Maybe they both have their points.

What a bitch; what the fuck is her problem getting all pissy at someone who is clearly just expressing themselves. How could someone else's unvoiced opinion possibly piss her off to the point of posting on an internet message board about hitting them in the face with a hammer.........oh wait, that's you.

misos said: .. Dude, I hate the idea of aging. I am only 23 and it already depresses me. So far, I am indeed behind in life, but I am supporting myself legitimately(sp), even though I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME find a job. I am living each day as it comes, and currently, I am mostly satisfied. I don't stress out much, even though I have 600-700$ worth of bills to pay every month (I know it's not much, but when you don't have a job, and you are forced to not spend any money, even on things you need, it makes it very difficult). I know that life will either get better or end. I don't mind either way. I just want to be at the very least, content. The song you posted is fucking depressing, and makes me not want to age. So, I am not sure what the point in that song was supposed to be... Maybe you could clue me in.?
On a different note, there is absolutely nothing wrong with not liking old people; NOTHING. It's just as bad as not liking ketchup, or onions. Yes, some of them have seen MANY things, and are probably wise, but, to me.... that doesn't matter too much. I don't like talking with old people, I don't like looking at them. I do not like them. Most people most likely disagree, but, that's their CHOICE, as it is mine to not like them. It is simply an opinon. Good for them, they made it through some of the countrys most shittieset times, only to see the country to rise, fall, rise gain, and fall again. Many of them never left the country. Some of them came from a different country, only to never leave this one again.
Please do not confuse my dislike of old people with a lack of respect. I show them respect, outwardly, as they deserve it. But, many of them look on me and see me as a "tweed smoking punk". even though I am not that. I have heard old people's opinon's on young kids nowadays, and it is ALL GENERALIZED. Ectremely unfair... IDK where I am going with this, but i am sure I could talk forever. I'm done.
I think my point was to try to get you to see we are all getting older everyday,I was 23 once also,I am sure that I took the same attitude and feelings about older people that you do,maybe not as extreme but I am older and wiser now.I am no MENSA guy but I do get by with the knowledge that I have acquired and keep acquiring, knowledge is infinite.
I see by your sig that the dark side holds an interest for you,and I also feel the things you say about people generalizing others. It just gets easy for some people to do as they get older and forget what it was like to be young, you could call this "jaded" or "cynical."
Maybe they look at the youth of today as being really lucky with all the technology and supposed choices they have,at the same time there seems to be a sense of complacency among the youth of today,a sense of it has all been discovered or done and the only thing left is to find a job that they do not hate that much. The way society works becomes more prevalent to you as you get older and you either adapt or get pushed/tossed/passed on the way,it is your choice mostly.
You have to give up some things to make it to a certain point in life most of the time and you just have to figure out what you are willing to give up to get what it is you really want/need.You have to play the game in one way or another, otherwise bad things could happen.
Not conforming to the mainstream societies view of what is "normal" or "right" means you will have a hard time in most places. That means not wearing long hair, dreds, brightly colored hair, leather,or any other look that is really just a conformity of another kind. The kind of music that some people listen to can also alienate them in some places and around some people.
I guess what I was trying to say was that you should really look within yourself if the life you are leading is not satisfying, only you can change it,or start the change. You will/may need help along the way, this is not bad but some people will not help you if they think that you are not going to be worth it because of a look that you might have or music that you listen to.This is where you may have to give up these simple things (around certain people, places, not for good) in order to get what you want. You will grow away from some things as you age.
I look like the all american boy on the outside, but I am Bob Marly,Hendrix,Joplin, etc. on the inside. No one can take your mind away from you but you have to give to recieve in some way or another.Anyway good talking to you,I hope this is not all bullshit.Someone may call me out on this.
Peace and chicken grease!

Well, hey now, before you dispense your "humanitarian" justice, know this, I have spoken with this woman before when I first moved to this neighborhood... she told me these kids that live next door to me and hang out in the alley were "little monsters" and "clearly under the influence of the devil's handy work" I talked to the kids too, she called the police on them numerous times for skateboarding in a back alley... they're 12-15 year old kids bro, I never see 'em drinking or doing drugs, or destroying property or even being overly foul-mouthed... they're actually pretty chill kids for being at that chaotic age. She was making them seem like 12 year old gang members running drugs in rio. I didn't think it was fair for her to be so harsh towards little fuckin' kids and wasting the law's time for harmless activities.... and when she walked by and gave that shitty look the other day... I could tell what she was thinking, and yeah, it pissed me off.
It reminds me of so many of those other types of goodie-good, bible thumping, haven't lived a day in your miserable life, hate the youth, old bitches... I've met quite a few, especially helping with campaigns for my Grandfather back in my younger days, all the social events were these stuffy old bitches.
In all fairness, I did say "SOME" in my original statement and I did say I respect and am courteous to people none the less... just saying that those kind of people with that uptight, straight-laced, anti-open minded attitude is the epitome of what held and holds certain parts of our society back as a whole.

And I'm just saying that you wanted to hit an old lady in the face with a hammer just because she has a shitty perspective on life. Sadly she is probably doing more harm to herself than anyone else, think how unhappy she must be all the time.
For real though I know quite a few people (young and old alike) that could use a good face hammering.
