Clone to Jars?

Im just harvested a sole fruit from a smaller clump of myc (you can find that in my grow log post) and I am taking not only spore prints, but also using the cardboard cloning technique.
If the clones succeed, I was wondering if I could transfew a peirce or all of the cloned board into a BRF jar? And if so, how?

if you are using BRF jars then the only way you can do that is if you make myc laden water with the clone. how else would you not disturb the dry verm barrier

And when it comes to that fantastic note where the rabbit bites its own head off, I want you to THROW THAT FUCKING RADIO INTO THE TUB WITH ME! Not me. It would blast you through the wall stone dead in ten seconds and they'd make me explain VVVVV Free Myco Thread

That's not exactly clone-worthy material there. Clone a fruit from a giant cluster of healthy, potent fruits, and you'll be onto something. RR

if you clean a stipe, in clean conditions and strip away the outer surface with a flamed scalpel, you can use a syringe to spear the stipe, taking a small piece of tissue into the end of the syringe, this could then be inserted through the verm barrier.
Stupid but true.

So the decision is made, then! Clone to cardboard. When colonized, prepare jars and inoculate with myc-water. Anyone know a good tek to make mycelium laden water out of a cardboard clone?
Im so contamination-phobic though. Even cutting up and trying to clone this mushroom has got me freaking out. I keep thinking "No point. Its just going to contam any jar you put it in anyway!"
Oh, and..

First picture. If that isnt clone-worthy, I just dont know what is.
For the record, im cloning and printing because I dont want to have to buy another golden teacher syringe!

The so-called cardboard tek is vastly over rated. You'll still need to isolate clean mycelium away from the cardboard before inoculating sterile media. RR

This is..that my intention isnt to isolate a certain strain. My only goal here is to propagate and not have to buy more syringes for golden teacher because these are the second ones Ive bought so I want to make sure I dont have to do it again!
Like i said, im cloning to cardboard and spore printing? Its all the same end goal for me.
As far as the clean mycelia and sterile conditions go, I suck at sterile. So I hope I dont ruin a buncha stuff trying to do this! I guess Ill never learn if i dont try!

why not clone to agar or a liquid culture? (clone to agar>watch for contams> transfer until you have a clean culture>transfer a piece of the clean culture to liquid culture. when that grows out hopefully you have a contamfree liquid inoculant of your clone. or clone straight to liquid culture and take a risk?

I just dont have any agar, honestly! Haha, if I did I would use it. Ive tried liquid culture and didnt like it too much.

since this is in relation to this thread, i thought i would mention it:
i thought I'd try a little experiment and clone a fruit that grew out of a forgotten, completely(or so i thought) dried up blob of substrate i left sitting out in the garage on a table.
i just took a biopsy of it and threw it in some rye, well i have 20quarts colonized now, and although it's not the most rhizomorphic mycelium I've ever seen, all the bags are fully colonized and being spawned.
i guess the idea at the time was that if this sucker could grow in such shitty conditions (outside of the FC with very low/no humidity, completely overlayed, etc.)that when introduced to good growing parameters, it would use it's hardy genetics to thrive.
but then again it may do absolutely nothing.
