Quick hunting question....

Hi all...been reading for a long time, but this is my first post.

A friend and I went to a local field tonight and brought home about 100 P. cubensis. I was wondering how long we should wait to go back, because the weather is gonna be perfect for the next few days.

I was thinking maybe tomorrow night, but I dont know if that will give the mushrooms time to grow, or if we need to wait an additional day or two.

Im in S. Louisiana if that helps you guys out. Thanks so much!!

well i can tell you Libs pop up after every rainfall and i can go to the same spot two three days in a row and come away with loads. im guessing itl be the same with Cubes

If you completely stripped the field, you'll have to wait at least for, say, 3 days for some pins to mature somewhat (depending on temperature and humidity; it may all happen a bit faster). But you probably missed some anyway and they'll be around for picking at this moment. Best, of course, would be to let this field recover and look for some other fields so you can rotate, so to speak.
