I think TMC says that you start with your Master Jar or agar, which can do aprox. 10 more jars (g1), those in turn can each do 10 more jars a piece, 100 jars (g2), each of those doing 10 more a piece, 1000 jars (3). after this generation transfers are no longer recomended. this is also considering the master jar or agar is of good quailty and everything is kept ideal and contam free :wink:
