Found these on the way to school [PICS]

From the pacific northwest just above seattle. WA. In the lowermainland of British Columbia Canada. On my way to school -

Information:
Spore Print: Dark
Bruising: Non apparent
Active: Unknown - assumption is negative.
Request: Species and active or not?

Also in about a week im gonna start collecting liberty caps if anyone lives in BC lowermainland or close by give me a email we will set up a hunt. darylwillms@hotmail.com

They look like Marasmius oreades.

On first glance, I agree with GumbyDude - those look like Marasmius oreades. But then you say the spore print is "dark". What color is the spore print? M. oreades has a white to pale tan spore print, not what I would call dark.
