help ID these please

Recently during a hike in a graveyard I came across these. Any help with ID would be appreciated. I located them in a compost pile.

It's a pinhead, a very immature mushroom.  The older ones are easier to identify.

Yea looks like a red stainer.  Some of the red staining Lepiota will make your pee red.

I didn't think of it until Trip brought it up.  I've seen tons of Lepiota americana pins that look like that if they've been abused.

Abusing a phallic pin?

That doesn't sound right.  I think implee's sig line is affecting me.

I think he's referring to blood in the urine due to damage to the tubular epithelium.  They are poisonous.
