im very VERY concerned that i may have killed any thing i was hoping would be shrooms lol...my glovebox is very hard to work with, i went for air tight instead of still air, used 99% iso alcohol, ended up only using 3 CCs in 5 jars, not even sure if my PCing worked....
did a dry run of the PC earlier and it was fine, but when i put in my jars the little weight at the top wouldnt float, it would sputter, even with high heat settings...and not sure if its good that steam was coming out of the emergency pressure valve. >.>
trying to stay optimistic, also trying to do a grow log...wish me luck everyone ^.^

If your PC weight was not rattling, and your pressure valve never popped up, you did not reach the full 15 psi. Check to make sure your PC was positioned centrally in your burner, or maybe even try a different burner. at full heat there is no reason it should not have fully pressurized.
A tip for using the PC. Preheat the pressure cooker to a med or med high temp, i use 7, and heat till plenty of steam is rising from the pot. THEN add your jars (MAKE SURE THEY ARE NOT COLD!!) and bring to a vigerous boil.
After it starts boiling place your lid on tightly. WAIT for steam to start blowing up through the vent before placing your weight on. This should happen within a few minutes. After placing your weight on, allow another few minutues for pressure to build and your pressure valve should pop up. Your PC is now sealed and rapidly building pressure. Within another few mins, your wieght should start jiggling. At this point start your timer, and reduce heat to a med to med-low setting to maintain the weight movement. If it drops to low and stops moving, bump your heat up to max again till ya get it moving, and adjust the temp down again. slightly higher than where you had it before.
It may take a few times of using your PC to find proper heat settings, but so long as your burner is producing adequate heat, and your rubber seal on your PC is in good working condition, you should have no issues in getting it to build proper pressure.
Most PC's have 3 holes btw. Your EMERGENCY PRESSURE PLUG! which is just a rubber plug, this should never pop out or leak. Its meant to blow if the pressure exceeds maximum. You then have a pressure valve, which is metal. Steam will escape through this until enough pressure has built up inside to make it pop out and seal, allowing the pot to further pressurize. Finally you have your main vent hole, where your weight sits. If steam is escaping where that rubber emergency PLUG is, you need to replace it, as its faulty.
As for your inocculation. 3cc's total for 5 jars is on the low side. If the spores are good, you should still get germination and colonization, but it will likely be slow. You should be using at least 1cc per jar, more if you are using pint/quarts. More solution = more spores, which means more inocculation points.

it popped up but it was sputtering water, never saw it do that before, usually its just steam.
also i cant remove my weight very easily, it screws on to a stem.

thats my pressure cooker. it was sputtering water through the top, then boiled off on the top of the cooker.

If your using the pf tek, then you you dont need 15 psi to sterilise. So you will probably be fine. You can simply steam sterilise for about 90 minutes.
Also note that with large pressure cookers, using too much water can drasticaly increase the time it takes to get up to pressure, sometimes they never make it up to pressure. Use only an inch of water in the bottom. If get your cooker up to pressure and have the heat just enough to keep it there, it should never boil dry.

This is a very good point that I forgot to address. Make sure you are not using too much water!
