I keep my casings in caserole dishes, large cups and general kitchen equipment with clear plastic bags over them. I use a 40 watt light bulb for heat and light Exremely cheap and I get always get good results. Just make sure you fan and spray them regulary.

My caserole dishes are about 10 inches in diamater and I put one cake in each of these, so for six cakes you going to be looking at about 30 inches wide, 20 inches deep if there all going to be together. You'll also need some clear plastic bags to put over the dishes that don't sag when they are put over (otherwise the shromms won't have room to grow). Regarding lighting, I just turn the light on in the morning and off when I go to bed. Good luck!
